I always remember my 'TITLE' conversation. Well, I mean, I always want to remember it because it was something special to me. If it isn't, I hope it will be.
That was my 24th Birthday, when I was a poor plain pure student. Some new friends I met in the fellowship were celebrating it for me. In front of those dishes, someone asked a question,'Why you want to be a nurse?' I then told them that I hated to be a teacher or working in the hospital since I was little. My dad pushed me into medical university by saying,'otherwise, you'll have to be a teacher.' I then failed to be a medical student so I entered nursing school.
I told them that nursing is a job that can feed me but it can never be my career.
Then, they asked, 'Now, after you realised that you don't want to be a nurse for life. What you would like to be in the future?' I said, 'A teacher..' They all laughed.
Later on, Julian asked me at least what age I think I should get married. I said, '35, because it allows 10 years for me to pursue my dreams and career.' He then asked 'what if you can't get married at 35?' I said, 'I'll have to do a doctorate so that I can be called Dr.so&so instead of Miss so&so for rest of my life. It is rather emberassing to be called a Miss when I am very old.' They laughed again.
I admire myself for having answers prepared for such complicated situations.
