Cheese.....

Cheese.....

wikipedia.org

Grating cheese is a boring job. Looking at a big piece of cheddar becomming tiny
curly grated cheese like a pile of sawdust. My mind flied away.....

Chunky cheese and grated cheese are actually the same make and they taste the same! Why bother to grate then?

Answer: The taste of cheese will be revealed much more once it was cut into small pieces with more facets towards the air. And they melt quicker so that they can bind easily with bread, pasta, potatos or whatever. Therefore, the flavor of cheese is transfer to other types of food.

Soooooooooo, miliions of food gave thanks to the process of grating when suffering cheese is rubbed, crushed, shredded, teared and even disappeared.

I refer this to the trials of our life.

Only through the confrontation with people, situation and choices, can we reveal all our characters to this world and connect with all others. The taste of inside is hence sent out to the world. (I do hope it's the scent of faith, hope and love)

And only through the unspeakable pain of being crushed, being teared and being polished, can we be changed into the one God wants us to be and use us where He wants us to be.

(I do hope it's the scent of faith, hope and love)...I would remove "through the confrontation"...why does it have to be a forceful way?
