Moved by movies

No sleep on the airplane rewarded me with a few movies. I laughed and cried (again) with these stories. (I am so easily moved.)

1. The Last Kiss: common comedy, similar romance like many others. I learnt these:

What you LOVE doesn't do any good to the person you love.
It's what you DO really matters to him or her.

I couldn't agree more with it.

2. Happy Feet: (Beautiful movie.)

I'm still special even though I CAN NOT SING. And I decided to eat LESS fish.

3. The Promise 无极: No comments on the acting skill of all those celebrities but it gave a wise verse.

You can never perceive how fast SPEED is. It's like you can never know when the sun rises; the sun sets; you never know when flowers would blossom and leaves fall; you never know when babies have their first tooth and you never know when you fall in love with someone.

I add one: We never know how fast SPEED is just like we never know when we have grey hairs and we're never the same age as we were.

4. 男男女女 (Boys & Girls), a soap made wit 品冠。

I don't understand WHY 品冠 started this film-making business. I hope he find it interesting otherwise his product isn't worthy his time. However the transform of 品冠 gave me something serious.

People will certainly change. Once we change, the old ones we used to be would never come back to us. The old 'we' died. (This applies to celebrities and us all.)

5. Thirty Days Living With Illegal Aliens, a documentary recenty made in Los Angeles. A Legal immigrant believed that Americans should protect their country by banning illegal aliens. He went to live with a Mexican family, who's been living in LA ILLEGALLY, for thirty days. At the end of the month, he was moved by these aliens. He still believes that we should not break the law however we shall love the people as they are.

This documentary video moved me a lot. I recommend it to all.
