Forty Days & Forty Nights----Introduction

God surprises me or God doesn't?

I dreamed about travelling thousands of miles and He does lead me into it...and probably more than that. I am given lots of blessings together with those miles.

I started a 6 weeks holiday on 9th June. It's about 40 days and 40 nights travelling in HongKong, Manila and China. Prior this trip, I prayed that God will do greater things in my life and I will receive lots of blessings. He started His work before the trip....

Having vaccination on the day of travelling doesn't sound practical at all. I had no choice but have to phone up a private clinic, hoping that I might have an exception with some persuasion. However, the clinic couldn't book me for it as they're full that day... (paid service is not available all the time, EITHER)

I phoned up my GP practice with the slimmest expectation and waited until 1pm. Just while I was praying quietly while walking, my GP phoned me back and gave me an appointment at 4pm with the practice nurse!!

Surprise, surprise. I recognized the nurse at the first glance as she worked in the same hospital with me before!! We had a nice chat. She said the surgery was out of vaccination stock that day but she happenly worked in another surgery in the morning when the GP phoned her. She picked up the last vaccination injection in that surgery!! And, that's what I needed!!

Therefore, I had my most of my vaccination done for FREE.

I call this a miracle. Not just a chance.

Miracle does happen, according to God's will. I pray God will work miracles in my life every day for next 40 days. I shall be waiting and receiving...
