It is very scaring at times. I feel it now.
The most tricky ones are those we THOUGHT they're from God but later on realized they're NOT. Also, there are times that we THOUGHT we've learned how to walk through situations but then found that we are stuck in the same trap once again.
In time like this, I know that God draws us closer to His side.
Bible verse yesterday was Philipians 3:12. The commentary talked about spiritual exercises. It said,
Many of us have been blessed by receiving a measure of healing from God, either physical, emotional, spiritual or a mixture of all three. But have we responded to this by sitting and waiting for the next thing that God will do or have we put our will into line and worked through the results of the pain? Have we willingly re-trained ourselves and recognised the compensations we made in our own lives to protect ourselves from the pain? Are we actively choosing to push through into uncomfortable positions that are good for us and bring us the full healing?
Bible verse today was Romans 8:25----But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.
Full healing and freedom from pain---they seem good and impossible sometimes, but God said they do exist. I shall wait with hope and patience.
